The development and application of our responsible investment approach in Real Estate takes into account the capacity of buildings to adapt and respond to innovation.
Socially Responsible Investing (SRI) is central to real estate investment due its interaction with the environment (reducing carbon footprints, biodiversity, mobility, etc.), society (comfort, well-being, services, etc.) and governance (transparency, ethical procurement policy, tenant relations, etc.).
La Française has developed a pioneering approach to corporate real estate and has extended its assessment method to all of its existing and future assets.
Almost 80 factors are taken into account in the environmental and social assessment of assets held outright, using an analytical framework developed internally.
